The Hardware Association of Western Australia (HAWA),offers joint
membership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of western Australia
which has over 6,500 members. This association is 40 years old and works
towards building and improving relations within the hardware industry. The
Association has about 200 members including independent retailers, suppliers
(both State and National), corporate and banner groups and their retail
outlets.
The Door & Hardware Federation (DHF) was created by a merger between the Association of Building Hardware Manufacturers and the Door & Shutter Manufacturers Association. DHF represents the interests of manufacturers and installers of industrial, pedestrian and garage doors as well as manufacturers of locks and building hardware. It provides professionals in all sectors of the building industry with a single source for technical expertise with the ultimate aim of assuring progress and maintaining standards throughout the industry.
Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association of U.S which represents approximately 25,000 merit shop construction and 78 construction-related firms. ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry. The mission of ABC is the advancement of the merit shop construction philosophy, which encourages open competition and a free enterprise approach that awards contracts based solely on merit, regardless of labor affiliation. Greater New York Home Furnishings association (GNYHFA) is basically serving the local furniture hardware representatives, retailers, manufacturers and suppliers. This association is serving its manufacturers and suppliers industry from past 60 years. Affiliated with IHFRA, the GNYHFA offers many programs and networking opportunities.
